Movie Night Movie : UP. Geez that was a sad, scary movie. I think the bad guy might have been the scariest villain I have seen in a children’s movie. Daddy told me that the movie was really sad but I still was not adequately prepared with how SAD the movie was. I cried continuously the first 10 minutes of the movie and there were more heart wrenching parts to come.

Saturday we spent nearly all day visiting with various friends.

Sunday School was really good. The kids “got it” which is always thrilling. Choir was cancelled due to a busted water main so we went to the library instead. We checked out a book called “The Story of Christmas” illustrated by Jane Ray. I am in love with her illustrations and want all her children’s books.

JD is getting good at handstands. He can actually put his legs up for about a second. He can jump up on the bar and hold himself up for quite a while too. Last night at Karate class he finally flipped over the bar. It was the highlight of his day.
Daddy and I disagree on how much Little Gym has helped with his physical development, but there is no denying he has made significant advancements in the past year. We are planning on taking a break from little gym after this semester is over so we will have to replace it with lots of play ground time.

We just watched Up too. It was sad, but in a sweet poignant way. It was hard explaining it to E. But it gave an intro to the subject of the child that came before him.

I love those illustrations, beautiful!
